Smile I read here a lot, thought I would sign up!
To introduce myself, I'm Melissa, age 31. This forum is so informative, I really like it. I finally decided to sign up for support and maybe I can provide some support for others.

I never really stuck with any weight loss program before. When my pants got tight I ate healthy for a couple of weeks and exercised until they were not tight anymore! I decided I really need a change when my scale topped 200. It's time to do something! Not only to have a hot body, but also for my health so I won't be at such risk for diabetes and heart problems. My goal is 150.

I was always skinny and athletic through my teen years and in my 20s, a combination of depression and inactivity caused me to gain.

Very nice to meet all of you, I hope we can become friends!
