At last I think I can do it!

  • I was always slim, never fat, (even though I never realised).

I am 5 feet and one half inch tall and was always about 98 lbs.

Even when I was just off giving birth to my first son I was only about 100 plus pounds (and managed to wear size 10 UK size ~ size USA size 6 to our Christening two weeks after the birth).

After 2nd son I was MASSIVE during pregnancy but shrunk back to a sze 12 UK or 10 USA straight after.

However, since then it has been piling on the pounds all the way and her I am at ... brace yourselves ... here I am at about 235 lbs!

And however, in the last few weeks since I got sick (and got a grip of myself) I have now lost 25 pounds.

What made me so happy after the weight loss was going for dinner with my brother in law and his wife and her saying OMG! How amazing you look,

Just goes to show. 25lbs DOES make a difference.

I only have another 70lb to go. Or maybe more. My math might be whack lol
  • Congrats on the 25-lb loss. That's fantastic! Keep going!
  • Thanks Jaqui OMG you did so well. Mind you, you are lighter than my target weight x
  • Oh, you'll get there! I just read that you are doing low-carb and that's a very good plan.

I have realised over the years that carbs and me don't go together. I really think that carbs probably don't agree with most folk.
