I am new to forums of any kind, but kept running across fabulous recipes from this community while searching for anything to keep me on track with Ideal Protein!
So far I have found most of the food unpalatable at best. Lost six pounds my first week! I know I have to be successful with weight loss this time! I am committed!
Any suggestions to make this stuff taste better appreciated!
Oh, and how/where do I attach one of those cute weight loss banners?
