I signed up here several yrs ago and got side tracked. I am now 53 yr old grandmother and ready to buckle down and make another attempt at getting this weight off. My cousin (seaurchin) visited recently and after seeing her results and how fantastic she looks, really got me motivated. I am doing smoothies now and watching what I eat. I am also doing the Lazyman Marathon with her and a few other family members. So here's hoping for aa new sexy body for summer.
