Good Morning, my name is lizzie and I about to begin my weight loss journey on South Beach today!
I am so excited and cannot wait to see the results. A few years ago I successfully changed my way of life and lost 45 lbs on South Beach. However, I slowly but surely reverted back to the "unhealthy" way of life and here I am once again. I know that the forums and friends we meet here are the key to the success. I am doing my daily log and know that this time it will be a lifelong change for me! I know I will need help and plan to ask for it - especially in these first two weeks - and I know for sure, the help is here! Thanks in advance....so away we go...on to a happy, healthier me!!!
