Default Just joined here need support for the Journey

I am 57 and just joined this site. I have been on my weight loss journey since May 2013. I started at 206.2 and tried FA (Food Addicts in Recovery). It was SO strict and had so many rules but NO exercise required. Weighing and measuring no flour or sugar and lots of forbidden foods (even certain vegetables and fruits!!). So I stopped doing that program in August. I have been watching Extreme Weight-Loss on ABC and Chris Powell so I got his book at the library and have just started the carb-cycling and exercise program that is in his Choose to Lose book. Need everyone's support as I continue to follow this plan.
