New girl here, woke in the middle of the night not feeling well again, another bad meal. I am so tired of feeling tired. I know I need to get this weight off but honestly I know I cannot do it alone. I have been trying to do that far too long with zero results. So, I went looking for a place for community support and found all of you. So, here I am day 1 and not really sure where to begin, but begin I shall. I have some really good girlfriends, but I am the only one struggling with my weight so it is hard to be completely honest with them as I know they really do not understand even though I know they want too. Now to figure out how you all have all these cute little crawlers on your posts! LOL!
Welcome, TXHappyGirl! Glad you found us. I really like your name also. The key word in it is Happy. That is how you need to approach your weight loss journey. Be happy with each little milestone and don't sweat the slip ups. Just know that tomorrow is another day and try to get back on track and keep the end results in sight. That is how you will be successful. Yes, there are many of us here who know exactly how you feel and will support you to the end and beyond. Just jump in and get involved and you will find the support and motivation to be successful.
