Hi everyone. I'm Courtney and I found this group googling weight loss support groups. I've been between 174-180 for several years despite exercising. I guess diet must have something to do with it....
I'm a binge eater and binge drinker. I tend to do everything like I mean it!! Hopefully I will be able to do the same with weight loss. I'm tired of feeling tired, bloated, and just generally unwell. It seems like you all have a very supportive and active community here and I hope to become a part of it! I haven't come up with a plan of attack yet, but I have a long weekend so I'm hoping to figure something out before I head back to work on Tuesday! Lunch at work seems to be a big issue for me. I look forward to talking to you all soon!
