You'll find lots of support here, and yes it's a great place to help keep you accountable and motivated! There are lots of threads to read, so browse around, and join in. Posting always helps because it gets you involved. Some threads are more active than others, but you are welcome in any of them. Some that might interest you are the "20-somethings" under Support Groups, and you might want to check out the "Depression and Weight Issues" forum since you've been feeling down for a few months. Also, take a look at "Chicks Up for a Challenge" under Support Groups. The threads there are always hopping. Good luck! You can do this!
