Oh Phase, now, you are going have to get a handle on those white flour fried foods and cookies. The sooner you get them out of your house and out of your body, the sooner you will start losing weight again. Or, do like I do, have a cheat day or a cheat meal no more than once a week, when you can eat such foods to satisfy your craving, but then you must go straight back to your good diet, no "if's," "and's" or "but's." If you think a cheat day or meal would trigger you to go off your diet though, don't try it, but if you think it might work for you, it's a good alternative because you can survive 6 days if you know you can cheat without guilt on the 7th day.
