As many if not all of you have experienced, I am over weight and have lost faith in my ability to manage this problem I have with food. But, just because I can't do it myself, doesn't mean I can't do it with support. I have failed myself for the last time. I simply can't live like this any longer...the regret of not continuing on the road to healthful eating and weight loss is more than I can bare...please help me make this time the time. The time is now.
You got this! Try to stay away from salt and refined food to start, drink lots (8 glasses min. ) water daily, weigh in once per week, cut a little sugar and carbs and see how it goes. Just keep swimming, its all you can do.
