New here, halfway through my journey
Hi guys, my name is Nic. Just thought I would come and leave a introduction on the forum. I'm currently 20 years old and studying Computer Science finishing up my second year. I've been overweight since I was a young kid and as I finished up high school i reached my max weight of 147.8kg (328 pounds).
At the beginning of this year i decided i was fed up with being overweight and started doing some at home exercise dvd's, I did these December 2012-mid February 2013 and lost a total of 20kgs while doing these and then from keeping my eating in check i am now down 23 kg. I've started back up excising again 3 weeks ago and I'm finding myself weirdly motivated and unmotivated at the same time to continue excising, i think this is mostly as i have just bought clothes for the new season and friends/family have started noticing the loss.
Any way that's enough from me, this post was basically just to introduce myself and say hi. I hope i'll be able to use the forum to keep myself motivated to reach my ideal weight and to have a healthy body that i deserve.
[EDIT] Weighed in for the first time in 3 weeks, now weigh just on 120kg and am now considered only overweight by the new BMI calculator.
