How to find it:
1. From the 3FC homepage, click on the "FORUM" tab.
2. Scroll down to the forum titled "DIET CENTRAL" (4th forum down after Announcements, Success Stories, Support Forum)
3. The third link in "Diet Central" is "Packaged Meals and Clinics - Nutrisystem, Medifast, Jenny Craig, Etc." There are links to 2 sub-forums just below this link. One of them is to "Ideal Protein Diet". Click on it.
4. To create a new thread, click on "New Thread" located right below the "User CP" tab.
5. And of course to reply to an existing thread, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a message box.
