starting the IP on tuesday and am excited to get it going. looking for the total loss of 60 lbs but will take it day by day. looking foward to see how it goes.
Welcome, I am starting on Thursday next week and am super excited, I want to lose about the same as you I think this site will be a great support and is filled with a lot of great info, I am especially liking the recipes.
