Hi, I have been exercising and dieting for about 5 months now and making steady progress. Have joined to get moral support for those inevitable times when the weight loss slows down and to get tips to stay on track. All suggestions gratefully received.
You can't have a weight loss tracker until you've been here for 20 days and have made at least 20 posts, but when you do "qualify", click on the link in the purple bar at the top of the page that says "User CP", and you can design one from there.
