Hello everyone!!!! My name is Katie I am currently way past obese and I am ready to lose it all!!!! I have tried every diet known to man and have never been able to follow through on a single one! I happened to come across this website and decides this could be just the motivation I need to keep on track! Can't wait to get to know everyone an share my journey here!!!

Hello! I'm also new here! SOOO many questions on how to navigate, etc...I'm wondering when I can see a ticker for myself? Do I have to have had the 20 postings, and 20 days before I can see it? Thank you in advance for any tips/help! Have a great day!

To answer your question song of joy: I joined in Mid may and got my ticker after almost a month and I had like 80posts. Fastest way to get posts is to join groups of supporters. Find a challenge, find something you have in common with a group. Age, diet plan, etc.
