newbie too
Hi all! My name is Gretchen & I am looking for any help I can get to help me lose this weight! I weighed about 140 for 3 years. Have battled up and down weight most of my life. I LOVED being thin & I want it back. I gained roughly 30# after quitting smoking& changing to a much more sedentary job. As a busy mom of 3, I often don't make time for me,& use my lack of time as an excuse to continue unhealthy behaviors! I set a goal of 1 hour of cardio 4 times a week week to start with. Eating is the hardest change for me. I Love to eat, not all junk, but I just have a really big appetite. Help!
