Unhappy newbie too

Hi all! My name is Gretchen & I am looking for any help I can get to help me lose this weight! I weighed about 140 for 3 years. Have battled up and down weight most of my life. I LOVED being thin & I want it back. I gained roughly 30# after quitting smoking& changing to a much more sedentary job. As a busy mom of 3, I often don't make time for me,& use my lack of time as an excuse to continue unhealthy behaviors! I set a goal of 1 hour of cardio 4 times a week week to start with. Eating is the hardest change for me. I Love to eat, not all junk, but I just have a really big appetite. Help!

We all love to eat! So instead of trying to lower your appetite, perhaps find foods that will curb it as well as give you the nutrition you need? That could be a great start! For example, when I desire something sweet, I chomp down on apples and strawberries like no one's business, ha!
