Hey Everyone!
I'm so excited to find y'all! I've struggled with weight my whole life...well, actually I say that now but if I look at a picture of myself 24 years ago, I LOVED THE WAY I LOOKED AND FELT THEN!!! The funny part is I didn't feel "slim" then though....Anyway, I'm doing it now...treadmill is at the ready...mind is in the right place...hubby's on board too! I'm looking into the Jenny Craig/Medifast/Nutrisystem diets so any feedback would be terrific!

I'm following my own plan, eat right and exercise. I also track every bit of food that goes into my mouth. I use fitday.com (other people use myfitnesspal.com)
