Default Scared and nervous "Elephant"
I got the nickname in junior high and it has stuck with me. I am 330 lbs and sick and tired of it. It is high time for some positive change in my life and I think I made a right step by signing up with the Ideal Protein clinic. I am day 9 and 14lbs down. I can do this.

Welcome aboard, I started at basically the same weight as you and 18 weeks down i'm melting the fat off.
