I'm 34 and just beginning my weight loss journey. Most women in my family are on the heavier side and I'm trying to break the cycle. My pre-pregnancy weight was 190 and that was 13 years ago. What in the world happens to your body when you have a child. Or maybe it's just I'm getting older and my metabolism needs to be sped back up. Oh Well here we go... I"m glad I found this site.
