It has been two years since my last visit. (I feel like I am back in the Confessional from my school days HAHA).
Anyway, I have been here and back again twice before, trying different ways of losing weight. South Beach, Calorie counting etc. I am back this time, doing Weight Watchers, which I absolutely LOVE!
Seriously I cannot say enough good things, and I never stop raving and letting everyone that I know who needs to lose weight, to try it. But enough of the commercial HAHA.Basically I just need some support and help. I have a lot at home, my husband is also on WW, and doing fantastically, but it is just not the same yanno?
Thanks for listening and being patient with my rambles!

I have lost 39 lbs since January 27th, the day I got on the scale for the first time in months and realized I had hit that "never going to weigh" weight. Two minutes after that, I signed myself and my husband up. Never to look back. Every week when we do our weigh in's I tell myself that those are lbs I will NEVER see again. Ever. So far, so good! But sometimes I get discouraged!!!!! Especially now, when I am starting to see the flappy skin (ew)

That is me in a nutshell, I am a busy wife and mom of three basically grown kids and with my very busy schedule I have unfortunately passed on some very bad habits to them and I want to change them. I work too much, I relax too little, and I for sure do not work out like I should. Any advise or just general chit chat would be great!
