You've made a good decision to "circle the wagons" before you gain back all that you've lost, undoing all your good work.
For me, what has worked is a very simple, but structured plan. I know what and how much I can and can't eat, and there is no questioning it. Of course, finding the plan that is right for you is a lot of the battle, too.
You obviously have some idea with what works for you, if you were able to drop 70 pounds. Could you make some adjustments to what you did before that would help you with the new challenges you face with your relationship and job?
