Fell off the band wagon!!!
I was feeling the best that I ever have about 7 months ago. I lost 70 pounds in less than a year. I got into a relationship and also got a job working with unhealthy foods. The combination caused me to fall of my diet. Since then I gained about 20 pounds back and am really determined to hit my goal of 210-220. I'm doing it mostly for myself and some to save myself in this relationship, I have grown into and extremely jealous person because the way I look at myself. In reality people tell me I look good but I just cant see it myself. I'm 6 foot 3 and weigh 260 as of now. Just need some support to keep me going. Thanks josh

You've made a good decision to "circle the wagons" before you gain back all that you've lost, undoing all your good work.
For me, what has worked is a very simple, but structured plan. I know what and how much I can and can't eat, and there is no questioning it. Of course, finding the plan that is right for you is a lot of the battle, too. You obviously have some idea with what works for you, if you were able to drop 70 pounds. Could you make some adjustments to what you did before that would help you with the new challenges you face with your relationship and job? |
Welcome and good luck on your journey!!
