Default Hi! Today's my first day here...

I hope to find inspiration and motivation.. I'm currently in the throws of eating for the past several days and I need to pull myself out of it.. And get consistent.. Hopefully this will help..

Big hugs! You are a beautiful person and very deserving of being selfish and focusing on you getting yourself healthier and more fit. You can do this!! I find myself chanting and reminding myself often my major goal. A healthier lifestyle and loosing weight is a tough journey. It shows that you are ready for this journey because you are here. That food gives you just a temporary satisfaction, go for a long term satisfaction, a satisfaction that impowers you and and makes you feel strong, healthy, and feel great about yourself. Tell that food you are in control now. Be your best cheerleader.

If you look around the forum and do lots of reading you will become very motivated. I am so thankful I found this forum. I just joined a few days ago and I know when I am going through a tough moment I can come here and get that kick I needed.

Hang in there. Celebrate each of your achievemnents, even tiny ones. All those tiny ones add up. Focus on the now. I get discouraged when I think about my main goal. I start to wonder if I can actually do it. I have chosen to take one day at a time. Focussing on just getting to smaller goals, eating right, exercising. I applaud myself for a job well done. These days will add all up and hopefully will get me to my main goal.
