Default Newbie from London TTC with PCOS
Hi everyone,

Im 29 from London, trying to lose weight so i can succeed in Making a baby!! Have been trying to conceive for 5 years with all sorts of issues!

Started off weighing 92kg and am now at 80kg, Still a long long way to go!

If can get my BMI to under 30 I qualify for IVF on the NHS!

Finally been prescribed metformin to help regulate my hormones and help me to lose more weight!!

So fingers crossed I can!!

Looking forward to wondering this forum!

Oh, the requirements we need to go through with fertility. I'm in exactly the same boat as you, except I had to get down to 32 BMI. I'm now at 30. something (my scales say 30.0, but online says 30.2. Go figure).
