Hello! I am new to the entire idea of forums, and blogs. I am in month 4 of 6 preop for gastric bypass. Very excited, but also very nervous about what is to come. I am more nervous about something happening prior to keep insurance from approving. I am 323 pounds and have been gaining weight pretty consistently for about 20 years. I look forward to getting alot of info and motivation from all of you.

Good luck! I would be bit careful about following anyone's advice unless they have had the gastric bypass themselves. But we are all here for moral support and motivation. I would definiately take a look at the pictures in the Goal! threads. Every time I am tempted to eat something bad I look at them for inspiration.
