I'm coming back to the weight loss train after a very long hiatus and I just needed a fresh start. Hi! Nice to be back here to finish what I started. I actually got serious about fat loss at the beginning of April but thought I should get back into the 3FC community.
I'm 25, starting weight at 185 and now down to 159 (gained a few pounds back after starting a new job). The lowest I've been was 150. My goal is 140 for now.
My initial weight loss came from simply eating better, counting calories, and strength training. It was simple and effective and I'm just going to continue that train because I always felt satisfied hunger-wise and saw results.
