I've always found going public and getting involved in a group/forum help so much. It's great to have a support system and people who truly understand... even if they are strangers Good luck to you!!!!
I found it really helpful to get involved and post daily in on-going threads so that I'm connected to people.
For me, it's the "Get out of <whatever decade>" and the Beck forum. There are WW, IP, Intuitive Eating, etc etc forums, and I think those can be really helpful as well as some non-program specific threads.
Thank you fo your advice! I have just joined in with a thread about calorie counting and being held accountable! So hopefully im finding my feet a bit now on 3FC!?
Iv also started my own blog ( i think its linked under my info on the side!?) so hopefully I will inspire others on their new journeys. xx
