Hello everyone. I am a 23 year old from NC who is trying to lose 100+lbs. I have tried so many times to lose the weight and I just always end up giving up. This time I hope to stick with everything, and know I will. I have been doing this for about a month and a half now and my eating is what is messing things up. I do exercise each day. I have signed up for a run in October which is what is making me continue to push forward. I like to think that I am making a comeback instead of starting over. I feel often times that I am going at this alone which is no fun, so I was looking for somewhere to get support. Look forward to helping others and getting support from people in return.

Hi! I'm new too! I've been counting calories for a month now but wanted some online support so I signed up here this morning!

I think it's awesome that you signed up for an event that will help push you!

Good luck!

Don't be too hard on yourself. Learning to eat the right foods is all part of the new lifestyle you have embarked upon. I've been doing this for 4+ months now and I still slip. You just have to brush it off and keep going; one day (or week) won't ruin everything.

If you have any questions or support, don't hesitate to post here on the forum!
