Hi, I am a 34 year old looking to lose 15#s. I've been successful on WW & calorie counting in the past and this time decided to go back to counting. I'm using MyFitnessPal, along with my hubby & a few friends.
My weight yo-yos a lot, depending on my stress level and what's going on in my life. I was at my goal weight for a couple years but in the last year and a half it's slowly been creeping up, as has my DH's, so we're tackling this together.
I'm pretty active and like to ride my bike with my family or go for runs/walks and aim for at least 5 days a week of doing something. I ran my first 5K last year and am hooked! Due to being out of work currently though, I'm limiting myself to 1 race this year. I'm running it with my 12 year old DD on June 1st. I can't wait! I was never able to run before and it still amazes me that I can & enjoy it!
