Hello Tiggerme3. Today is my first day on this forum. I found it while looking for advice on bodybug, Gowear and Sensewear.
Like you, I'm not new to dieting or the idea of losing weight. Hopefully you can find some new inspiration and motivation here to help you keep going.
My problem has been with will power. I'm good for a day or maybe two. By day three I'm craving chocolate, mainlining diet coke and telling myself I will be good tomorrow. Then Tomorrow takes about two or three months to show up.
SO today is day one for me. New forum, new food app on phone, and new breakfast diet drink.
