I'm new to this site and to IP, but one week down! I lost 8 lbs & over 10" total this week!! I'm amazed! Ready to begin my second week!!! I just want to say Congrats to all of you doing IP, it's definitely a motivator to see all the success on this site! Keep up the great work! And to all the newbies, like me, Lets shed these stubborn pounds!
Congratulation on your weight loss!!Great results and keep up the good work!! I didn't consider them protein shakes...which do you recommend? Also can you relate in more detail what you eat in a normal day?
Thank You! I am following the Ideal Protein diet, so the shakes are theirs, I've tried the chocolate one and cappuccino, both good. I add ice and blend it! As far as food I follow the diet, dinner is veggies and a protein, like chicken, turkey burgers, even an omelet! Do you follow Ideal Protein?

No I dont follow any protein based diet. I am trying to eat mostly steamed chicken and vegetables, fruits and semi skimmed lactates but I'm now thinking to try the protein shakes.
Hello gangimel. Today is day one on this forum. I've never heard of Ideal Protein Diet. Thanks for mentioning it, I believe it's something I will look into.
Yes its definitely something to look into. google it and I am sure you'll see places that do it in your area. It sounds strict, but very easy to follow and I know a few people that are on it that are having very positive results. Good Luck! & Thank you!
