Hello all,

I was here around a year ago, and although I haven't gained weight since my last visit, I am ready to carry on losing. Have a preliminary goal of losing 14lbs by June 9th (well 11lbs now). Mainly though, I'm here to meet new people who know what I am going through.

I love my family and friends but they don't seem to understand. They trivialise things and I don't feel they fully support what I am trying to do. My ultimate weight is 125lbs. This is a long way off but I am hopeful.

So, hello (again). How is everyone?

I know what you mean about people not understanding. I heard something once that you shouldn't be deterred when someone doesn't get it, sometimes you have to search for someone who will.

You'll do great this time, just like you did last time.

Thank you. I'm determined to make a whole lifestyle change. I'm tracking calories on myfitnesspal and hoping to join a gym once I get a job with a better wage (which will be soon, hopefully). Right now, I just walk my dog a lot, which I enjoy

You've done so well so far I see you're from New Zealand. I spent three months there last year. Love your country.
