Hi everyone,
I joined a few days ago and have been reading posts here and there. Thought I better jump in somewhere to introduce myself.
Am finding some posts very supportive and inspiring. Something I need right now. Support and inspiration.
Ive been overweight my whole life. Lost the weight a few times but only gain it it right back.
Right now Im at 296 and feel terrible about myself and how I look. Can't believe Im back to this weight again!! Its so easy to fall back into our old habits...
Hoping to make some changes in my life and meeting new people.
