I wish I could blam my recent gain on metabolism, but..
I have been ingesting the MOST fat-, sugar and calorie-laden junk possible. Result- major gain and icky new rolls. Have a conference on Weds and don't want to be seen like this- I suppose I should have acted on this need prior to MOnday. All I can do is go forward, and understand that I only need to beat myself up if I am not doing anything to change my present situation. Said it all before, have to believe I can do it?
