Welcome! Always having a healthy snack available is great advice. Also, make sure you dint go too long without eating (or you might end up overdoing it), schedule your gym time as if it is a class you can't miss, and grow to love the salad bar (and don't eat everything your friends might be shoveling into their mouths, though you can splurge within your points). We do have a ww section here, and there may also be a so section for students or 20s somewhere that may be a good place to get advice
