Let's do this!
Well, here I am a week before I leave on vacation with my kids to the tropics and I've been trying on all my shorts from last summer and NONE of them fit!! Ouch, that was one heck of a wake up call, and it's going to be an expensive lesson.
Last summer, I was 20 pounds less. By this summer, I'd like my shorts to fit again. I'm hoping a support system will make that happen. Being a single mom of 2 young boys makes my old routine of running 3-4 times a week a thing of the past and let me tell you, my waist line is paying for it.
Any advice for someone who misses running and wants to get back to it without using a dreadmill, please...pass it on!
