Default Newbie! :)
Hi, my name is Pascha. I'm from North Carolina and I am 26 years old. I started my weight loss journey last September. I didn't get truly motivated until early December. I began to work out constantly, completely cut out junk food, sodas, etc. I have my cheating times so I don't get too overwhelmed. I've changed my work outs about four times now and I am feeling great. I have about 30 more pounds to get to my goal weight of 190 pounds. I'm 6'1" and I'm not trying to be super skinny.....Just average practically. I wanted to join this forum because I think it will keep me more motivated by being surrounded by many people that are doing the same thing as I am.
