Talking I'm Back!
Hello Chicks,
I'm back after a few failed attempts at weight loss. I started three weeks ago. I feel more determined then i have ever felt. This time it's going to work, I can feel it. I'm using My Fitness Pal to track my calories. My walking partner backed out after week one, I'm still going out every night in the cold! I CAN DO THIS!!!

Welcome! Good for you for making a commitment and getting your walk in even in the cold!

There are a bunch of us that calorie count using MyFitnessPal. This thread has several people's usernames if you want some friends there. Everyone is really supportive of each other!

Good for you for going even though your partner quit! I know how hard it is to keep going when your buddy quits on you... it takes a lot of determination to keep going keep it up!
