Default Starting (AGAIN)

Hi-
I keep going back and forth and trying different diets. I weigh about 250 pounds right now and would like to get down to about 170 and see how that works for me.
I am tired of being fat and tired of looking at myself in the mirror every day. Tried Atkins, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, and always got off track with all of those. I need a support system or something. I seem to have a food addiction to the wrong types of foods.
Anyway, I'm here and desperate enough to try anything to lose weight.

Hi Skinnymom, welcome to the forums. We're about the same weight right now and I feel you with the eternal dieting and not liking what you see in the mirror. I too have issues with food addiction, no matter how little I like to admit it. Good luck, and remember, it will take time, don't get discouraged, and don't get discouraged when you fall off the wagon, because it will happen. What do you plan to do to lose the weight?
