I'm back!
Hey guys. I used to frequent these boards a few years ago when I was in amazing shape. Now I've gained back about 20 lbs and I need to lose them! I'm finally ready to get back into things. I've still been working out about 30 min every day. However, I used to work out 2 hours a day. Also, I have been eating about 5,000 calories a day so...yeah, it's all caught back up with me.
Anyway, I remember this site being super motivating, so here's hoping I can get back on track!
