N00b looking for support?
My name is Kayt, I'm a Noob to dieting forums. I was a competitive athlete, long time dancer, and distance runner before I was diagnosed with a long-term illness. I gained weight quickly, which sent me spiraling into depression. I'm finally on the road to recovery and looking for a support system. I'm planning to join the JAG Corp after graduating from law school next May. In order to meet the physical requirements I need to be in great shape. I'm hoping this forum will be a great motivator! I'd love to hear from anyone on the same path and I'd love to have diet/workout buddy since I'm so far away from family and friends who would normally support me.

- I'm a vegetarian and I don't like milk.
- I love to read. LOVE.
- I'm currently studying criminal prosecution at a law school in
Massachusetts.
- I'm having a love affair with tea and coffee.
