I can't wait to get started!
This website kept popping up whenever I read about success stories and after several months I just had to join.
To begin, my problem is the I'm utterly addicted to food. It seems whenever my stomach is even remotely not stuffed to the brink I need my carbs.
I've always been up and down with my weight.
I think this community will be great for inspiration and motivation.
I can't wait to start my journey with all of you.
I'm currently at 211lbs and my goal weight is 130lbs. My short term goal is 205 lbs by March 1st. I'll be limiting my food intake to 1500 calories per day and 30-40 min of cardio a day. My job is quite physically demanding so that will help as well.
