I'm Nikolai or Niko for short. I'm a 26 year old girl from Hawaii and I'm looking to finally make a change.
I'm in shape but my endurance, cardio and overall eating habits could be far better.
I get tired just walking to the mailbox down my driveway...
I'm hoping to get some pointers and tips and tricks and see how everyone else motivates themselves to get up and get moving.
I also hope to make some friends along the way.
I tried running once. I left the house for a run and came back after 2 minutes because I forgot something...
I forgot that I can't run for more than 2 minutes... lmfao
So, yea, that's about where my fitness level is at. :P
