Default I need to change
I am fed up and need to change I have never been this fat in my life not even when I was pregnant. I have been tobacco free for over a year now an found it very easy to quit. So I don't understand why it is so hard for me to lose weight. I know I am a fussy eater (prob worse than most kids) but there has to be some way I really hope this site helps I just found it today.

Hello!
Welcome to the site - I only joined a couple weeks ago and only really started the whole weight loss fitness thing again PROPERLY on monday there - and I can say so far this site has helped keep me motivated.
I hope you find some decent forums and get posting away - its nice to help each other through it.
Have you tried My Fitness Buddy app ? its fantastic and lets you log what you eat thus helping you not go over the limit - which is set for you as an individual.
Its working so far for me - only a wee idea.
Good luck anyhows - hope to hear back from you - keep your chin up and keep it going!
