I'm 3 weeks into my journey - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi everyone,

I'm 3 weeks into my weight loss using the Ideal Protein diet. I've been sneaking around this forum for a couple of months getting hints and info about IP, so I decided I should join.

I posted about myself on my new diet journal blog here on 3 Fat Chicks. (Leanne's Journey on Ideal Protein)

This isn't my first major weight loss effort, but it's by far the most important to my health!

I work at home, have a teenage daughter and a very supportive hubby. I love romance novels, all kinds of movies, and traveling. (This is starting to sound like a personal ad!)

4 weeks into it and I have lost 20 lbs. I am very happy about that , but today I had some kind of "attack" I totally lost control and ate multiple cookies and 2 mini cupcakes. I am so angry with myself. I do not know what happened . the urge came out of no where and before I knew it I was standing there disgusted with myself. I was wondering if there is something that I can take to stop these crazy urges>> HELP!!
