Hello everyone, not sure what to say here. I am trying to watch what I eat and finally get healthy. I recently had back surgery so I am limited in what I can do physically... so that means I am dependent on limiting what I eat. Anyway, I am hoping that some sort of public record of my efforts will keep me honest so I decided to post on this blog. (I hope I'm right!)
Hi Jem. I hope your back heals up fast! you can definitely do alot of good without exercise, though. It just means you have to be more careful of what you eat. I hope you're not in too much pain! Welcome!
