Default Neebie

Hello everyone. I am a newbie to this site. Has anyone tried calorie cycling and does it really work? I have lost 23 pounds since August 2012. I try to work out 3 x's weekly. I have been stuck at 265 pounds for the last 2 months. I am a 5foot 3 inch female. I want to see results!!!! I heard that the calorie cycling can get your weight moving. Any feedback is helpful.

I don't have any experience with calorie cycling but if you go in the "Calorie counters" section I'm sure someone there can answer your question. Welcome!

Gongratulations on your weight loss... You must hang in there sometimes your body is becoming more toned because you are losing fat and gaining muscle but your weight can increase because muscle weighs more than fat.

So don't rely on your weight too much.

Also you shouldn't do the same thing over and over as your body will get used to it and it will no longer respond.

No matter what hang in there and don't give up. I'm sure you will succeed
