Hello All!
I just joined the forum yesterday.
I'm 28 (almost 29... eeek) and I've been on some type of diet for most of my twenties... as I approach the big 3 0 I'm going to do it with a killer body and keep it that way!!
I'm currently doing the Dukan Diet. I've lost 3kg so far. (yay)
I don't have loads to lose, but I've never quite managed to reach that trim body I've imagined I could be. I always seem to have wobbly big thighs or that roll of belly fat.
I hope I can meet some like minded weight-losers here and give some support and encouragement back
