I heard too many negative reviews about meal replacement systems, so I decided to not go that route for the New Year. Instead I purchase Healthy Choice meals at my super market once a week (I usually buy 5 of them- plus desserts or snacks) and then my husband will cook two meals a week on days that he's off (I'm an awesome cook but I'm not motivated to cook on work days). My job pays for my lunch (I'm a teacher so it's free buffet style at lunchtime- which sucks)- but I have to be careful of what I actually eat there. I do get the month's menu ahead of time so I can check the calories but I normally try to stick to the salad bar and a small entree.
I find it's easier for me to choose my food at the super market than trust that an online choice is going to send me good items. I could probably save some money by then buying the Healthy Choice means via Amazon but I'd rather just choose different meals every week than have the same one multiple times.
